The company was founded in 2010 by Jess Kay, an entrepreneurial investment agent with ambitions to deliver an incomparable service to his clients. Since then he has developed an outstanding reputation for identifying and procuring both on and off market opportunities.

By using his tenacity and in-depth knowledge of the dynamic investment market he not only sources, but also creates the best opportunities for his clients.

In a difficult competitive market, with few opportunities to buy, Jess was able to unlock York House in Kings Cross for us well before it was brought to market. Jess started his journey in real estate in 2002 cutting his teeth in residential agency. From there he entered the commercial world gaining experience in both leasing and investment. With his entrepreneurial spirit, in 2010, at just 24 he launched Montana Investments with the core focus on investment and development.

Over the course of a decade he represented property companies, private and institutional investors, developers and charities.

Jess lives in London with his wife and daughter. He enjoys travelling to new places and experiencing worldwide cultures. He loves keeping fit and is regularly found in the boxing gym. His favourite building is the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
