Jess started his journey in real estate in 2002 cutting his teeth in residential agency. From there he entered the commercial world gaining experience in both leasing and investment. With his entrepreneurial spirit, in 2010, at just 24 he launched Montana Investments with the core focus on investment and development.
Over the course of a decade he represented property companies, private and institutional investors, developers and charities.
Jess lives in London with his wife and daughter. He enjoys travelling to new places and experiencing worldwide cultures. He loves keeping fit and is regularly found in the boxing gym. His favourite building is the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
